At the request of the Mărișel Police post, made on Friday 20 Sept around midday, volunteers from the Transylvania Search and Rescue Dogs Association joined the effort to search for an 80-year-old man who had gone missing from home on 19 September. CST volunteers Oana with Jimmy and Brici, Călin with Dino and Didi, Adrian with Sia, Raul, Gyuri and Ani were joined by training partners Rareș with Karma. Together, they searched over the course of 3 days, alongside the victim's relatives, neighbours, Salvamont rescuers, gendarmes, police officers and other volunteers. Despite the efforts of all these people, the man was only found on Monday, 24 September, by a family member. Fortunately, the man was found alive and was immediately taken to hospital. We wish him good health, and we congratulate everyone who took part in this mission!
