On Tuesday morning, 18.05, IPJ Alba – Rural Section (the Alba County Police) asked for the support of the Transylvania Search and Rescue Dogs Association in searching for a man who had gone missing the day before.
Two CST volunteers with two mantrailing dogs answered the call, with two more colleagues and two dogs ready to reinforce the team if needed. The professional teams (Police, Gendarmerie, Salvamont) already on the ground managed to find the victim before our volunteers began their search.
Sadly, the mission had a tragic outcome. We extend our condolences to the man's family.
