Casele Micești Mission, Cluj, 14.03.2023
At 8:30 in the morning, the head of the Ciurila Police post asked the CST team to take part in a search mission for a 28-year-old man who had gone missing on Sunday, around 15:00, from his home in the town of Casele Micești. At 9:50, two CST volunteers with two mantrailing dogs and three more area-search dogs had already reached the reported location, joining the police officers, Salvamont rescuers, forestry workers, relatives and local residents who were to take part in the search. Two more CST volunteers were also to set off for the location as soon as they could leave work. After receiving the information and collecting scent samples from the house, Călin and Ama began working the person's trail. After about 700 metres of trail, which led to within about 30 m of the victim, he was spotted by one of the search participants. Sadly, the person was deceased. We wish to extend our condolences to the victim's family and acquaintances.
